Job Summary:
Develop software for custom computerized toll collection systems.

Description:
The candidate will use his or her skills to design, develop and test application code for processing transactions in E-ZPass and similar toll collection systems. Responsibilities include:
• Requirements gathering
• Document functional requirements
• Software design
• Create prototypes and demos
• Design new versions and components
• Develop test plans, suites, and tools (simulators)
• Manage development and test environments
• Design and manage databases
• Write SQL statements
• Test software
• Write internal and external documentation
• System integration and installation
• Provide maintenance, upgrades and enhancements
• Support internal systems
• Support customer demos and marketing efforts

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong Web ASP.NET development
• GUI development in C# (.Net Windows Forms)
• Database application programming.
• TCP/IP, Serial or Message Queuing communications
• Software installation and configuration
• Microsoft Office Visio, Word, Excel, Access.
• .NET Framework 1.1 and 2.0
• Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 .NET
• MS-Windows
• Very good English communication skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:
Oracle 9i and 10g. PL/SQL embedded SQL, Crystal Reports. Microsoft Visual Source Safe. RAD Development techniques, test driven development, agile development methodologies, real-time programming, sensor interfacing, web services, Java, Swing, Struts, Hibernate, Axis, HSQL, TOAD, SAS 70, CMMI, design patterns, high availability clusters, project management, marketing support, customer sales meetings, engineering process development.
