Marcy Nigro-Paris joined TRMI in August of 1998 as an Office Administrator. Marcy’s responsibilities included general clerical duties such as maintaining files and records, managing and distributing information throughout the office, and sending and receiving correspondence. Marcy’s positive attitude and uncompromising dedication to excellence earned her a position working directly with the General Manager. In that position she received an overall knowledge of the company operations and client needs.
Marcy has displayed a stellar work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to the company and has developed a unique overall understanding of the company, personnel, and clients through her first 19 years at TRMI. In October of 2017, CEO Henry Kroll recognized her value and promoted her to Director of Operations. She has become an invaluable contribution to the company management team.
This month, we congratulate Marcy’s 20 years total at TRMI as well as celebrate her approaching first year serving as TRMI’s Director of Operations. Marcy supervises the manufacturing, purchasing, and sales department, overseeing the company’s daily activities alongside the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the company as a whole.
