His knowledge of contracts, finance and legal matters are a great asset to TRMI. Henry’s hands-on experience with transportation projects has demonstrated familiarity with specific complexities of civil engineering, cross-jurisdictional permitting and zoning, environmental standards, and ensuring quality and safety at all project stages. In addition, Henry has extensive experience managing teams and personnel dedicated to multiple projects, conflicting priorities and aggressive timelines. His attention to budget compliance makes him keenly suited to manage multi-million dollar capital projects.
