August 2019, TRMI expanded our team to include a Senior Project Manager. Ron Salsbury joins TRMI with over 20 years of working experience in Operations and a strong background in team-based environments.
In his new role, Ron will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, controlling and closure of specific projects, bridging communication between upper management and the teams tasked with the project. Ron will closely monitor the project life cycle to ensure that each project is compliant with the client’s requirements, while being completed on time and within budget.
