Mr. Brooks replaces Frank Farrell Jr. as Field Operations Manager. Ron is in charge of all field operations in conjunction with the maintenance of the Toll Collection System at Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority, VA. Prior to his promotion, Ron was TRMI’s lead Technician for 3 years. Previously Ron worked for Intrans at RMTA as a technician for the Toll Collection System.
