TRMI Installation Progress at the McAllen-Hidalgo and Anzalduas International Bridges

Posted on Posted in News

TRMI is busy working in Texas, installing new software and hardware for the McAllen-Hidalgo and Anzalduas International Bridges. Since TRMI’s arrival on September 24th, major progressions in installation have set the plan ahead of schedule. Thus far at the Hidalgo Bridge, all gates have been installed, tested, and declared qualified to go live, while lanes are being prepared for installation and testing of software. Likewise at the Anzalduas Bridge, all gates are installed, tested, and are able to go live, with half the lanes software installed and ready to go live. Supervisors and Toll Collectors have begun the training process on both bridges to ensure the ease of transition to the upgraded system. TRMI continues to work diligently towards achieving the goal of a fully functioning and cohesive hardware and software system for McAllen.
